I am in receipt of your signature declaring yourself a member oft he World-Conscience Society, and I am very happy indeed to receive this mark of your symathy.

At the present moment the spread of the idea of a World-Centre and the creation of sympathy towards it will greatly help to forward ist realization, but I would not presume to ask you to take an active part in this propaganda as I realize fully the unusual demands upon your time and strength. Your name alone upon our membership list will be of great and special value.
