Many thanks for your kind letter just to hand. Certainly we should like to publish your new book if satisfactory arrangements can be made. We paid you, I think, £108 for the English and American rights of the „Riddle”, and we presume the terms would be the same for the “Wonders of Life”. If you will be good enough to send us list of chapters, and, if possible, some if not all the sheets, we will let you know our decision forthwith. We necessarily want to know more of the book.
