My dear Sir.
I send you herewith a parcel of proofs; sheets 3–7 revised, & 8–10 new. I have marked a few questions & notes upon these for your consideration.
In respect of nomenclature I observe you do not follow the rules of the British Association. That is instead of giving the || authority for the species (placed within brackets if the generic name has been changed) you give the authority for the combined name. Perhaps you will kindly let me know your wishes on this point.
We shall be glad when you can send us any sheets with your imprimature upon them. I am
