This letter is to give to you my affectionate greetings and to introduce to you my eminent friend D^r Clifford Allbut – the Regius || Professor of Medicine at Cambridge.

I was so sorry not to be at the congress last summer – but I was not well enough to be present. I am fairly well now and like my post here very much.
