My dear Haeckel

I have your note. We will leave here on Monday morning for Nervi, and will stay there till the 15^th April when we will leave for Turin and Geneva on our way home. I will write you again and || tell you the hour of our arrival at Nervi sometime^a in the afternoon.

Would it give you much trouble to engage a double room for us at the Hotel Eden from Monday till Thursday Morning?

I send you a „Nature” with an article on Coccospheres. || I will much enjoy seeing you for a couple of days.

There is some talk of putting me in Flowerʼs place at the British Museum. Flower is very ill at present.

Best remembrances to M^rs Haeckel and your daughter: we hope M^rs Haeckel is better.
