My Dear Haeckel
Your Report will be printed off this month and will be issued as soon after the plates arrive here as possible. I’ll be glad to know when Giltsch can send the plates. I fear however || that the printed off sheets can not be sent to you before the end of this month but I will do the best I can.
Will you let me know if there if there is anything you would like me to state in an editorial note. I am || enjoying married life very much. We are living at a country place for the Summer and I come in here for a few days every week.
The „Medusa” is laid up this year, but next year I hope to have her out again as usual, and as soon as I can get rid of the Challenger work I || will arrange for a great tow-netting expedition in the Atlantic.
With my best remembrances to all your family
Yours sincerely
John Murray
