I beg to acknowledge your letter of the 7th, and to thank you for the portrait, of which we hope to get a first-class reproduction. The error which you mention will be emended in the forthcoming reprint of The Riddle of the Universe. We expect to publish the reprint about the middle of November.
Kindly let me know how many copies of the reprint you would like to have for yourself- and friends, and to what addresses they are to be sent. If you wish us to post to English addresses, as in case of first edition, we shall be pleased to do so.
